Development Operations
Every development operation strives to improve over time and eventually become a well-oiled fundraising machine. PDA's central focus is to help their client partners raise more and more money, year over year. We analyze current operations to determine which development programs are working well, which programs are not, and which programs need to be put in place. We then work closely with our partners to develop and implement detailed plans to increase fundraising effectiveness.
